RoleTechnical Project ManagerLocationHybrid (Derby few times a month as necessary)Duration3 MonthsDay rate£550 - £650 per day Inside IR35Clearance RequirementsMust be eligible for BPSS clearance.Must be a British national due to customer and project requirements.No SC clearance is required for this role.ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate the delivery of technical projects from initiation through to completionManage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks and dependenciesWork closely with technical teams, business stakeholders and third-party suppliers to ensure successful project deliveryFacilitate project meetings, workshops and status updates with stakeholders at all levelsIdentify and manage project risks, issues and change requestsEnsure project documentation is maintained and governance requirements are metSupport the implementation, integration and enhancement of Siemens Teamcenter solutionsDrive continuous improvement and best practice across project delivery activitiesPrimary/Mandatory SkillsProven experience as a Project Manager or Technical Project ManagerWorking knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter (essential)Experience delivering engineering systems, PLM or enterprise software projectsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience managing project budgets, risks and delivery plansAbility to work across technical and non-technical teamsKnowledge of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid project delivery methodologiesStrong problem-solving and organisational skillsSecondary SkillsExperience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutionsKnowledge of Siemens NX or other CAD/engineering applicationsExperience within Aerospace, Defence, Manufacturing or Engineering sectorsFamiliarity with systems integration, data migration or digital transformation projectsPRINCE2, PMP or Agile project management certificationExperience working within highly regulated environments such as Defence or Aerospace
