Project Architect Position Remuneration Competitive salary (£40,000 - £45,000 DOE)

Project Architect Position Overview Keep within budgetary requirements
Prepare and produce technical bid and tender documents
Occasional site visits
Work on a range of projects from small sale £1 Million projects to large scale £250 Million projects
Design / work on projects within a variety of sectors
Develop planning applications and construction detailing
Coordinate tender and construction design packages
Submission of planning / building regs
Produce Technical details
Provide technical advice for user/site specifications when required to do so
Work as part of a team small design/technical team
Project Architect Position Requirements Based within a commutable distance of Lewes
Motivated individual
Ability to work well as part of a design / technical team
Previous experience in hotel projects is an advantage
ARB or RIBA Qualified Architect
Ability to help mentor colleagues
Excellent technical standard
