Are you an experienced Working Foreman with a carpentry background, looking to join a well-established and reputable contractor? We're working with a long-standing client in the Worcestershire area who is seeking a hands-on Working Foreman (Carpentry Bias) to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that specialises in high-quality fit-out and refurbishment projects, primarily within the Leisure sector, but also delivering work across Education and Commercial environments.

The Role:

As a Working Foreman, you'll be a key part of the site team – overseeing day-to-day operations, managing trades, ensuring health & safety compliance, and actively getting involved on the tools where necessary. The role will involve nationwide travel, and candidates must be comfortable working away from home and lodging as required.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Working Foreman with a strong carpentry background

* Previous fit-out and refurbishment experience preferred

* SSSTS or SMSTS certification (essential)

* Full UK driving licence

* Willingness to travel and stay away as projects require

Package & Benefits:
