Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within the healthcare sector.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with healthcare clients.
Identify and cultivate potential sales opportunities through networking, cold-calling, customer and partner referrals.
Collaborate with cross-functional/virtual teams, to deliver a superior customer experience.
To proactively ensure that your own knowledge of all relevant products, services and licensing agreements is up to date.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximise profits while ensuring clients’ needs are met.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and report to management on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
To provide support to the wider team who deal with existing customers.
To maintain appropriate customer records on the client's sales order processing system.
Use the business tools provided to enhance your knowledge within your customer base.
Qualify opportunities, actively seek out new sales opportunities and prospect new customers and manage the sales cycle from start to finish.
Adhere to relevant Key Performance Indicators for the Sales Team.
Support objectives as defined in the company’s information security policy.
Perform your tasks in support of data and information security.
