Job Description

Our client is a UK leading manufacturer with multiple sites across the UK, including a brand new manufacturing site near Desford. This role will support the electrical maintenance team at the new site.

Base Salary: £58,000 plus a performance bonus (OTE £65,000+). Overtime is paid at a premium of x1.5/x2. Shift pattern: 4 On, 4 Off (5:30‑18:00 / 17:30‑06:00). The company offers a pension up to 10%, generous holiday allowance, and an extensive training & development programme.

Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure plant‑wide proactive and reactive electrical maintenance to optimise factory performance
Carry out PPM schedules and reactive maintenance activities as required
Maintain all electrical elements such as motors, inverters, safety circuits, and perform basic fault finding on PLCs
Undergo training on Siemens PLCS7 TIA portal systems and participate in up‑skilling opportunities

Qualifications

City and Guilds Level3 AND BTEC Level3 or higher with NVQ Level3, or Apprenticeship trained to level3 or equivalent
Strong experience in planned and reactive electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment
