Groundworker / Bricklayer Multi-Trade Operative

Location: Hertfordshire & Bedfordshire

Salary: £35,000 – £37,440

We are currently looking for an experienced Groundworker Multi-Trade Operative to join our growing team working across Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire on social housing repair and maintenance contracts.

This is a mobile role carrying out a variety of reactive and planned repair works to occupied and void properties. A company van and fuel card will be supplied.

Key Responsibilities Brickwork repairs and repointing

Slab laying, paving and fencing repairs

Concrete and drainage repairs

Groundworks including excavation and reinstatement

Carrying out general multi-trade repair works where required

Working within occupied social housing properties and communal areas

Ensuring all works are completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety requirements

Providing excellent customer service to tenants and clients

Requirements Proven experience as a Groundworker and Bricklayer

Experience working within social housing or domestic repairs environment preferred

Ability to carry out multi-trade works beneficial

Full UK driving licence required

CSCS card preferred

Good communication and customer service skills

Able to work independently and manage workload effectively

What We Offer Salary: £35,000 – £37,440 DOE
