Looking for a CRM Executive to join a leading Litigation Law firm in the UK.
About the role:
As the CRM Executive, you will be on the front-line supporting users of their CRM (InterAction). You will be developing close working relationships across many areas of the business and contribution to the continual improvement.
What you will be doing:
-You will be the first point of contact for CRM system queries and manage the support inbox.
-You will handle the data aspect of campaigns, contributing to their success.
-You will participate in upgrades, improvements, and integrations of key systems.
-You will conduct regular data cleansing exercises and quality checks, updating records as needed.
-You will organise and lead workshops to quickly identify challenges and actively promote the benefits of CRM.
-You will run 1:1 and small group training across different teams and roles.
-You will prepare guides and document best practice.
-You will run regular data audits by running searches to identify inconsistencies, duplicates and other data quality issues.
-You will work with Business Development stakeholders to ensure user adoption of the CRM system.
-You will run reports demonstrating the benefits of using CRM.
What we are looking for:
-Experience of working with a CRM system, preferably InterAction.
-Experience contributing to the continuous improvement of the CRM system.
-Experience of running and leading training across different teams and roles.
-Knowledge of business development and marketing initiatives and how CRM can support this.
-Knowledge of GDPR and how this must be applied when working with data.
