Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Qualified solicitor with ideally substantial experience in conveyancing, with a specific focus on residential transactions in Scotland.
In-depth knowledge of property and conveyancing laws applicable to Scotland.
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
Strong attention to detail and the capacity to perform effectively under pressure.
Client-centric approach with a proven ability to establish and nurture client relationships.
Proficiency in utilizing relevant legal software and tools.
