Job Title: Learning Support Assistant

Role Purpose
Beech Hall School is seeking a caring and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our Enhanced Learning Team. You'll support students with a range of SEND needs, including Autism, ADHD and Dyslexia, helping them build confidence, independence and achieve success.
More than a classroom support role, this position is about developing trusted relationships, empowering students to thrive, and providing personalised support that makes a lasting difference.
As an LSA, you'll work closely with teachers, the SENDCo, parents and external professionals to deliver targeted support in the classroom, in small groups and on a one-to-one basis, helping students achieve their full potential.

Supporting students with SEND both in the classroom and through targeted interventions.
Acting as a key worker for identified students, helping to track progress and provide consistent support.
