One of London's most stylish and exclusive Events caterers is now looking for a Canapes Chef de Partie.
The basic hours of work for the Canapes Chef de Partie are:
Monday to Friday and from 8:30am to 5.00pm. With evenings and weekends when required, which are paid at an hourly overtime.
Basic Salary: up to £30,000 gross per annum, with overtime and discretionary bonus TOTAL PACKAGE CIRCA £35-40K.
Package: 20 days holiday for the first two years, and then one day for every year that they have worked up to 25 days. Holiday between Christmas and New Years in generally given as a gift.
The Canapes Chef de Partie must have a strong background in either fine dining, outside Caterers or 5* Hotels and experienced as a Canapes Chef
The Canapes Chef de Partie will work with a full-time team of 8 Chefs, plus up to 15 casual chefs and when it comes to doing events, they have used up to 60 casual chefs.
The Canapes Chef de Partie role is for an immediate start.
In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, applicants must either be eligible to work in the UK or must obtain a work permit prior to application.
