Wholesale Admin job description:
Adding new orders to the tracker
Arranging and sending samples for customers
Tracking samples and updating and sending fit comments and approvals
Creating line sheets and order sheets
Helping prepare for wholesale customers meetings.
Collating customer sell-through information
Collating customer imagery
Sending customer order confirmations
Creating/sending POs
Creating EANs codes and sending to suppliers and customers
Checking Proforma Invoices
Checking and saving down customer purchase orders
Saving down supplier packing lists
Creating packing lists and commercial invoices
Ordering labels
Navigating customer portals
Booking stock in for delivery to customers
Saving down ASNs
Requesting weekly orderbook updates from suppliers and working with the
Wholesale manager to communicate and approve any date movements
with customer
Send customers product info when required; completing customer templates
and requesting info from suppliers
Saving down counts from our warehouse team
Creating carton labels
