Job Description

Take the next step in your financial services career as a IFA Administrator, joining a client-focused team where youll play a key role in delivering a professional and efficient service.IFA Administrator Camberley, SurreyFull-time, PermanentUp to £28,000 - £33,000 depending on experience.Please note: you must be authorised to work in the UKOur client is an independent financial planning business committed to providing bespoke financial advice with clients at the heart of its approach. With experienced financial advisers leading the business, our client combines financial planning expertise with streamlined, digital processes to provide a straightforward and professional service.As an IFAAdministrator, you will provide essential administrative support across financial planning cases, working closely with advisers and other members of the team. You will help ensure client records, documentation and IFA -related processes are handled accurately and efficiently while maintaining high standards of client service.Key responsibilities:Provide comprehensive administrative support for financial planning casesProcess new business applications and other client instructionsLiaise with financial services providers, investment companies and other third parties to obtain information and progress casesMaintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentationPrepare client files and supporting information for advisersMonitor applications and outstanding cases, following up with providers where requiredHandle client and provider correspondence professionally and efficientlyAssist with the preparation and processing of pension contributions, withdrawals and transfersEnsure administration is completed accurately and in accordance with internal procedures and relevant regulatory requirementsSupport the wider team with general financial services administration as requiredKey skills and qualifications:Previous experience infinancial services administration is essential.Good knowledge of IFA and an understanding of the financial planning processExperience dealing with IFA providers and financial services organisationsExcellent attention to detail and a highly organised approach to workStrong written and verbal communication skillsConfident using IT systems, databases and Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to manage multiple cases and priorities effectivelyA professional and client-focused approachAbility to work both independently and as part of a collaborative teamRelevant financial services qualifications would be advantageous but are not essentialBenefits:Competitive salary dependent on experienceFull-time, permanent positionOpportunity to develop your wider financial services knowledgeSupportive and professional working environmentOpportunity to work closely with experienced financial advisersScope for continued professional development and career progressionThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IFA Administrator or Financial Services Administrator looking to develop their career within a professional, client-focused financial planning environment.
