Key Responsibilities

As the Executive Head Chef, you'll take a hands-on leadership role, ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly while delivering exceptional food and hospitality experiences.

Lead and inspire a high-performing professional kitchen team
Oversee kitchen operations and maintain consistently high standards
Drive culinary excellence, creativity and innovation across the food offering
Mentor, coach and develop team members to support their career progression
Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, presentation and consistency
Ensure strong organisation and operational efficiency across the kitchen
Work collaboratively with the wider hotel team to deliver a personalised guest experience
Lead by example and create a positive, welcoming and supportive team environment
