Duties
As a Community Nurse Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in supporting our team and ensuring excellent client care. Here's what you'll do:
Provide direct clinical supervision to a dedicated team caring for a client in Hinckley.
Oversee and sign off on staff competency in essential care skills like ventilation cough assist and PEG feeding.
Maintain a positive and supportive work environment for your team.
Adhere to the centres for disease control and prevention, occupational safety and health administration, and other governmental regulations.
Use good judgement when dealing with patients, visitors, families, and co-workers.
Demonstrate proper infection control measures.
Log in and out of care calls and complete care notes.
