Senior Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities
Keeping cost records and agreement of costs
Undertaking management of allocated Control Accounts with site team, which include value draw and out-turn forecast/ spend profiling
Assisting in the Utilisation of Site Commercial and Document Systems (Oracle, Forecasting Tool, CEMAR, Projectwise)
Overseeing Management of Subcontractors
Being responsible for the procurement of packages as the work proceeds
Requirements
Have a minimum 5 experience as a Quantity Surveyor before you can be considered for a Senior QS position.
Demonstrated that you are able to manage medium sized projects independently (1 – 5 million).
Able to produce a report of actual performance (CVR’s) against budget on projects.
Able to maximise reclaimable value on a project.
Excellent team player whilst also holding the ability to work independently on own initiative
Excellent time management skills, with ability to work to tight deadlines.
Ability to encourage and support junior members of the team.
