Job Description

We’re hiring: Senior Software Engineer

This is not your typical Senior Engineer role.

We’re supporting a UK product company that is building its first internal engineering team, and they’re looking for a Senior TypeScript Engineer who wants real influence over how engineering is shaped from day one.

You’ll be hands‑on with the product, but you’ll also help define:

Architecture and technical direction
Engineering standards and ways of working
AI-assisted development workflows
How the future engineering team is built and developed

We’re looking for someone who enjoys ownership, technical leadership, mentoring others, and challenging existing approaches, not just shipping features.

Brighton, UK — hybrid, 3 days onsite
