Bottling Team Lead

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
Ensure that we're compliant with all Health & Safety, BRC, Environmental & Customs Legislation
Lead the team on rotating shifts (06.00-14.00 and 14:00-22:00)
Ensure overall product quality meets defined standards, via process, equipment, documentation and training
Facilitate and lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives
Develop & maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders
Manage the budget including variable and fixed costs for maximum functional benefit.
Own & report on the daily, weekly & monthly deliverables (KPI's)
Demonstrate behaviours in line with our diversity and inclusion aims
Lead, motivate and develop the team, in line with the Company Values, to maximise employee engagement.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
You're currently working in a Shift Manager or Production Manager/Leader role, and can demonstrate experience of leading and training a team to deliver against a range of targets in fast paced environment.
You're currently working within FMCG, ideally drinks
Ability to communicate & influence team members to achieve KPIs
An analytical problem solver
Understanding of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing would be very beneficial
