We're recruiting an Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established FMCG manufacturer based near March, Cambridgeshire .
This is a hands-on maintenance role working within a fast-paced production environment, supporting both planned and reactive maintenance across a range of automated manufacturing equipment.

The Role You'll be responsible for:

Electrical and mechanical fault finding

Planned preventative maintenance

Reactive breakdown support

Working with PLC-controlled machinery

Motors, drives, sensors, conveyors and production equipment

Identifying recurring faults and supporting root cause analysis

Supporting continuous improvement and machinery reliability

Working closely with production to minimise downtime

What We're Looking For
Ideally, you'll have:
Previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer within FMCG, food, packaging or a similar manufacturing environment

Strong electrical fault-finding skills

Experience working with PLC-controlled machinery

Mechanical maintenance experience alongside your electrical skills

A recognised engineering qualification such as NVQ Level 3, HNC, City & Guilds or equivalent

Experience working within a fast-paced production environment

Package £47,000 salary

3 shift rotation
