Job Description

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative to work with a leading company in the food manufacturing sector in Newark-on-Trent. You will support day-to-day production activities to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently.

Shift Patterns:

  • 05:00-15:30 working 4 days out of 6 (Monday to Saturday)

Pay Rates:

  • 13.10 GBP hourly

Essential Requirements for Production Operative:

  • Own transport is required due to the site's location
  • No formal qualifications are needed

Role Responsibilities for Production Operative:

  • Support day-to-day production activities to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety, food safety, and product quality
  • Follow site procedures to contribute to smooth operational performance
  • Work as part of a team to achieve production targets
