Key Responsibilities

• Personalized Care: Deliver high-quality personal care, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support, tailored to each resident's unique needs.
• Care Planning: Follow, maintain, and update individualized care plans to ensure seamless, high-standard support.
• Holistic Wellbeing: Promote residents’ emotional, social, and psychological wellbeing, fostering a warm and positive living environment.
• Independence and Engagement: Encourage daily independence and support residents in participating in meaningful activities and engagement.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience as a Care Assistant or Support Worker (essential).
• A genuinely compassionate, empathetic, and patient nature.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-player mindset.
• Reliability and a commitment to working weekend hours.
• - Have referenceable work history
• - Hold in-date mandatory training certificates (inc. moving and handling, safeguarding vulnerable adults and infection control)*
• - Hold an enhanced DBS certificate dated within the past 12 months or registered on the update service*
• - Have a minimum of 3 months paid UK work experience working within a care setting.
