The work contributes directly to public safety. That context matters to the people already in the team, and it tends to matter to the people who join.The business has recently restructured its engineering leadership — separating people management from product delivery — and the product this role sits on is firmly in a growth phase. New major customers are onboarding. The roadmap for the next six to twelve months is substantial, and the team is expanding to meet it.The roleYou’ll be working on a well-established product with a live and growing customer base. The work is predominantly new feature development — requirements-driven, tied directly to what customers are asking for.
