£26,000 basic + bonus

OTE £40,000–£45,000

Are you confident on the phone, enjoy speaking to people and motivated by earning good money?

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a target-driven environment and wants the chance to progress and increase their earnings. Top performers can earn £45,000–£50,000+, with full training provided.

You don't need to have a traditional B2B sales background. This could suit someone looking to move into an office-based sales role from car sales, hospitality, recruitment, retail or another customer-facing environment

The Role

  • Building and developing relationships with customers over the phone
  • Contacting existing and lapsed customers to generate new opportunities
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Managing your own pipeline and keeping activity up to date on the internal system
  • Working towards individual sales targets as part of a supportive team
  • Following up with customers and turning conversations into sales

The Candidate

  • Some sales, telesales, customer service or relationship-building experience
  • A confident and friendly telephone manner
  • Someone who is motivated by targets and earning potential
  • Resilience and the ability to handle rejection without giving up
  • A positive, hardworking and reliable attitude
  • Someone who enjoys speaking to people and building relationships
