Position: Welsh-Speaking Improvement & Development Coordinator (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

We are currently seeking a motivated Improvement & Development Coordinator fluent in Welsh to join an established team for a 12-month fixed-term contract. Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently coordinate Improvement & Development projects, networks, and partnerships.
Provide comprehensive administrative support for meetings, including preparation and follow-up.
Analyse data to inform future objectives and strategies.
Maintain organised administrative systems and databases.
Develop proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and virtual meeting software.
Translate and proofread Welsh/English materials to a high standard.
Key Duties:
Coordinate both internal and external meetings using platforms such as Zoom and Teams.
Contribute to the production of resources, including proofreading and translation tasks.
Support project planning and execution as needed.
Monitor progress through clear action plans.
Assist in organising and attending events.
Maintain IT processes and update content on the intranet and website.
Requirements:
Fluent in Welsh.
Previous experience in business administration and project support.
Proficient in Zoom, Teams, and Microsoft Office suite.
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Ability to effectively translate and proofread English/Welsh materials.
