The Package

* A basic salary of Circa £75000

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Exec Head Chef to take ownership of a highly respected food operation that includes a multi-Rosette restaurant, private dining, weddings, events and seasonal menus showcasing the very best local produce.

The Role

* Lead, inspire and develop a talented brigade across all kitchen operations.

* Maintain and enhance the hotel's Rosette standards while driving creativity and consistency.

* Create seasonal, produce-led menus that reflect the hotel's reputation for excellence.

* Oversee all financial aspects including GP, labour costs, stock control and supplier management.

* Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation and service at every level.

* Work closely with the senior leadership team to continue developing the food offering and the hotel's culinary reputation.

* Mentor junior chefs and create a positive, high-performing kitchen culture.

The Ideal Candidate

* Currently an Exec Head Chef or an accomplished Head Chef ready to step into a larger luxury operation.

* Experience within luxury country house hotels or award-winning independent restaurants.

* Proven success in achieving and maintaining AA Rosette standards.

* Passionate about fresh, seasonal British produce and innovative menu development.

* Commercially aware with strong financial and operational management skills.

* Calm under pressure with excellent leadership and communication abilities.

* A genuine passion for developing people and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
