Role: Workshop AssistantSalary: £28,000 - £40,000Location: BuckinghamshireAbout the Company.Our client is a prestigious and fully independent lighting design consultancy. Free from ties to specific manufacturers, they offer complete creative freedom in their design process. Their services span scheme design, project procurement, bespoke product development, project management, and continued support beyond handover.Key Responsibilities (not limited to): Accurately and efficiently pick production ordersMaintain a clean and safe working environmentRecord process data correctlyCollaborate with the team to meet production targetsComplete production orders to a high standard and on scheduleMaintain production tools to a good working conditionProduce parts according to technical specificationsAdhere to all company processes and proceduresSupport other departments as required by the businessWork safely and in line with HSE requirements Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in mechanical assemblyBasic electrical wiring knowledge (e.g., wiring a plug)Positive, can-do attitudeStrong organisational skillsGood IT proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word essential)Strong team player with the ability to work independentlyMotivated and keen to develop professionallyConfident using mechanical toolsPhysically capable of meeting the role's demandsPrevious experience in assembly or stores is advantageous If you're interested in this opportunity, please send your CV to James Thomas at He will be in touch to discuss the role further.SER-INJBRP1_UKTJ
