Proactive and enthusiastic approach to work
Confident liaising with clients and contractors
Ability to produce high quality tender and construction packages
Strong time management and organisation skills
Hit the ground running
Work effectively in a team environment and independently
Live locally to the Chelmsford/ Essex area
