We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Export Operator to join my clients dynamic team. As an integral part of their operations, you will be responsible for managing the Air Export process from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Customs Clearance: Handle customs clearance procedures for Air Export, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and documentation requirements.
Shipment Coordination: Coordinate with carriers, agents, and vendors to arrange timely pickup and delivery of cargo, ensuring smooth operations throughout the import process.
Documentation: Prepare and review all necessary import documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs documentation, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
