Joining an established pre-construction team, you’ll prepare and manage competitive tenders across a variety of construction projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
▪ Reviewing tender documentation, drawings and specifications
▪ Preparing detailed, accurate cost estimates
▪ Managing subcontractor and supplier enquiries
▪ Obtaining, analysing and comparing quotations
▪ Identifying commercial opportunities and risks
▪ Working closely with pre-construction, commercial and operational colleagues
▪ Attending tender meetings, site visits and internal reviews
▪ Supporting value engineering and alternative construction solutions
