The Role
As the Mortgage Administrator you will be working closely alongside the Mortgage Brokers on a variety of cases assisting clients through every stage of their Mortgage journey.
It is essential that you have a thorough understanding of the mortgage process, a friendly and personable demeanour, and a commitment to securing the completion of a mortgage case effectively and efficiently.
You’ll work closely with the Mortgage Brokers ensuring case compliance, submission to lenders, follow up communications with the lender and clients, providing a seamless service from start to finish.
Liaising with Mortgage Brokers, lenders, solicitors, and clients to ensure each case is completed to the highest standard
Have a thorough knowledge of complex and unique income structures
Ability to handle a variety of Mortgage cases and scenarios
Ensuring you surpass the expectations of your clients
