What you will need to apply?
● 18+ months of industry experience as a software engineer.
● A growth mindset
● Backend or full-stack experience
● Worked with one of TypeScript, Python, Java, Go or Rust
● Want to work with Go,TypeScript and Svelte

● Salary? Up to £45 000 for a mid-level + bonus and other benefits.
● Do I need to go into an office? They would like to hire people who want to spend a day or two a week in their office in Exeter. Once you are established they are open to
periods of fully remote. Ultimately though they would like to hire people who enjoy interacting with their colleagues and like to work together and share knowledge.
