The organisation operates as a network of highly specialised teams, supporting major enterprises across sectors including financial services, public sector, telecommunications, and industry.Their expertise spans areas such as AI, cloud computing, digital transformation, and emerging technologies, delivering end-to-end services across consulting, system integration, and digital innovation.Role OverviewThis is a senior, client-facing technical leadership role combining deep expertise in Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).You will be responsible for shaping solution architecture, leading development teams, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge, enterprise-grade solutions.This is a hybrid role with flexibility to be based in either London or Manchester.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and delivery of end-to-end solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot and Power Platform technologiesDefine and uphold technical standards, ensuring best practice across development and architectureProvide hands‑on technical leadership, including oversight of development and code reviewsDrive full project lifecycle delivery from discovery through to deploymentEnsure solutions meet governance, compliance, and security standards, particularly within regulated environmentsAct as a senior technical advisor to clients, translating business needs into scalable solutionsPresent solutions, proposals, and progress updates to senior stakeholdersStay at the forefront of Microsoft and AI innovation, introducing new tools and approaches to enhance deliveryAbout YouStrong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (e.g. Azure AD, SharePoint, Teams)Exposure to Microsoft Copilot or AI-driven Microsoft technologies is highly desirableProven track record of leading and mentoring technical teamsStrong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearlyStrategic thinker, able to align technology decisions with business outcomesPassion for innovation, continuous improvement, and team developmentRelevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft Power Platform or Microsoft 365) are advantageousWhat’s on OfferOpportunity to work on cutting-edge Microsoft and AI-driven projectsA collaborative, forward-thinking environmentClear progression and leadership opportunitiesHybrid working model (London or Manchester base)
