Location: Exeter
Salary: £40 000 + Car allowance + Bonus
Job Type: Permanent
We’re looking for an experienced Technical Coordinator to join an established residential development team. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of the technical delivery of projects and work closely with consultants, design teams and site teams.
The Role
* Coordinate external consultants and design teams
* Manage planning conditions and technical approvals
* Oversee detailed design and working drawings
* Obtain Building Regulations approvals
* Review technical and supplier information
* Resolve technical queries and support site teams
About You
* Experience as a Technical Coordinator or Assistant Technical Coordinator
* Housebuilding or property development experience
* Good understanding of the residential technical process
* Able to manage multiple deadlines and external consultants
* Attained or working towards a professional accreditation with RICS, CIOB, ICE, RIBAAttained or working towards a professional accreditation with RICS, CIOB, ICE or RIBA
