The position:
Responsibility for day to day operational management of all administration functions
Design and implement business strategy to ensure the support function is streamlined and continuously improving

The person:
Excellent knowledge of the Financial Planning processes and experience of operational management within an IFA environment (essential)
Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor and improve members of staff
Strong working knowledge of compliance issues and FCA standards and ability to maintain this at all times
Good knowledge of financial products and Advice related issues with a particular focus on suitability and recommendation
Analytically minded with the ability to review and improve processes so that the efficiency of the support function is constantly improving
