Learning Support Assistant
Employment Type: Permanent, Term-Time Only
Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30-16:30
Salary: £22,981 actual per annum (Pro-rata, based on a £24,540 full-time equivalent)

Key Responsibilities:
Academic & Vocational Support: Assist teaching staff in the classroom and around the centre, supporting learners across a variety of vocational and academic subjects.
Learner Empowerment: Actively engage and motivate students, supporting the delivery of tailored learning programmes catered to individual abilities, needs, and interests.
