Business Manager Exeter

We are recruiting for an experienced Business Manager, Transaction Manager or Automotive Sales Manager to join a successful main dealership in Exeter. Applicants must have previous automotive Business Manager, Transaction Manager or sales management experience, strong knowledge of automotive finance, insurance and compliance, a Full UK Driving Licence and the right to work in the UK.

Location: Exeter
Salary: £35,000 basic
OTE: £55,000

Business Manager Role
Support the Sales Team in maximising vehicle, finance and protection opportunities
Present finance, insurance, warranty and protection products clearly to customers
Tailor finance and protection options to individual customer requirements
Ensure sales are completed compliantly and meet regulatory standards
Drive departmental performance against agreed sales and finance targets
Deliver a professional and transparent customer journey
Build strong working relationships with customers and the wider Sales Team

Business Manager Requirements
Previous experience as a Business Manager, Transaction Manager or within Automotive Sales Management
Strong understanding of automotive finance and insurance products
Good knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
Ability to perform within a fast-paced, target-driven dealership
Full UK Driving Licence
Right to work in the UK
