FIDIC Red Book Engineer for Major Data Centre

Job Description

Arcadis is delivering a major hyperscale data centre project in North East England. The FIDIC Engineer will act as Engineer under Red Book, administering the contract, issuing certificates, and maintaining auditable records to support decisions and avoid disputes.

You will review programmes, monitor progress, manage extensions of time, variations, and taking-over, coordinating with the Employer’s team and consultants on complex multi-stakeholder interfaces.
