Role
As the Senior Marketing Manager, your role will include driving the development and execution of the go-to-market strategy. You will ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts, which will drive business growth and enhance brand presence.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute go-to-market strategy whilst ensuring it aligns with the organisations business objectives.
Develop marketing plans and campaigns
Work closely with commercial team to ensure sales and marketing efforts align and support lead generation.
Oversee the creation of marketing materials and content.
Manager the organisations online presence, including social media, website and digital advertising campaigns
Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics
Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team
Requirements
Experience in a senior marketing role in a B2B environment
Strong leadership and collaboration skills
Digital marketing expertise including website management, social media marketing and digital advertising
Ability to use data and insights to make informed decisions in order to optimise marketing performance.
Proven experience in a senior commercial role with a focus on brand building and marketing.
