We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help drive the growth of a Glossop based manufacturer to new heights by expanding their product reach and boosting revenue.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, pitching company products within the industry, and cultivating strong relationships with both new and existing customers and suppliers.

* £30,000 - £32,000 per year (OTE £38K - £45K)
* Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm

What will you be doing as a Business Development Manager?
* Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, clients, and products through outbound calls (B2C & B2B)
* Creating strategies to successfully target and capitalise on new business opportunities
* Building and maintaining relationships with new clients, assessing their needs, and developing proposals
* Raising sales orders and liaising with the manufacturing team
* Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients through account management
* Pitching sales and products to both new and existing clients
* Assisting with completing new business tenders
* Attending exhibitions and face-to-face meetings to build relationships with industry partners; engaging in ad-hoc travel around the UK
