The Role:
As the successful Litigation Team Leader, you will deliver an excellent client service, whilst managing and supervising Junior Fee Earners and Litigation Assistants to develop their knowledge and skillset.
Ensure compliance with SRA standards
Ensure that service is delivered in line with the FCA, SRA guidelines
Ensure clients receive accurate, up-to-date legal advice that takes account of their circumstances
Manage a caseload of fixed price litigation
Supervise the caseloads of junior fee earner and Litigation Assistants to ensure compliance with procedure, efficiency, client service standards and productivity targets are met;
Provide support to Client Services team on client audits and new business proposals;
Support with business development activities
About You:
Ideal for legal professionals with a robust background in Litigation, ideally within a recoveries/debt environment and possess supervisory experience.
Key attributes include good attention to detail, adept problem-solving skills, and a strong commercial acumen.
