Our client is a growing global business with a strong focus on employee development and professional growth. As the company continues to expand, they're looking for a Global Learning & Development Coordinator to support the delivery of learning initiatives, employee onboarding and development programmes across the organisation.
About the Role
This is a highly collaborative and varied coordination role, suited to someone who enjoys organisation, building relationships and keeping multiple projects moving at once. You'll work closely with the Learning & Development and HR teams to coordinate inductions, training programmes and learning initiatives, while acting as a first point of contact for colleagues across the business. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute ideas for improving processes and enhancing the overall learning experience.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinate global induction programmes for new starters
Manage L&D and HR Operations inboxes and calendars
Build relationships with internal stakeholders to organise induction schedules and training sessions
Support the delivery of both instructor-led and e-learning programmes
Act as a super-user and administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS)
Maintain training materials, user guides and learning records
Produce regular reporting and track key L&D and HR metrics
Assist with troubleshooting system issues and liaise with IT where required
Identify opportunities to improve L&D processes, policies and programmes
Ensure all records, trackers and learning logs are accurately maintained
Provide high-quality administrative support across the wider L&D function
About You
We're looking to speak with organised, proactive and people-focused individuals who are passionate about learning and development. You'll be someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, bringing excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and a genuine desire to create a positive employee experience. We'd really love to find someone who is keen to improve process and really utilise AI in order to help streamline and modernise the business!
Requirements:
Previous experience supporting an HR, Learning & Development or People function
Strong administrative and coordination skills
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
Experience using an LMS or HR system would be advantageous
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
Proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
Ability to work independently while remaining highly collaborative
Positive, adaptable and customer-focused mindset
Genuine interest in Learning & Development and employee experience
