Estate agency experience is not required if candidates have run their own business before, or have sales and marketing experience. You could earn the same amount by selling 2 properties per month with an average fee of £6,000 By selling just one property a month you would still earn £50,000 per year (based on a £6,000 average fee).You may decide to focus on higher priced properties, for example by listing and selling a property worth £500,000 and charging 2%, the fee would be £10,000 you wouldearn £7,000 for selling just one property What can we offer?
