Salary: £12.17 - £14.25 per hour

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a small independent nursery in the Otley area in their search for a Nursery Assistant. The setting provides a welcoming and supportive environment where children are encouraged to learn, develop and build their confidence through engaging Early Years experiences.

The nursery is looking to take on a Nursery Assistant on a part-time, long-term basis with an immediate start. The successful Nursery Assistant will be working within the pre-school room, supporting children's learning and development while helping to provide a safe, engaging and nurturing environment.

The successful Nursery Assistant will have:

A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is desirable

Experience working with children in a nursery or Early Years setting

Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

Experience supporting pre-school aged children

A caring and enthusiastic approach

Reliability, adaptability and a willingness to get stuck in
