A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Financial Planner to join a growing wealth management firm, inheriting a high-quality client bank while benefiting from significant new business opportunities across Cornwall and Devon.

This home-based role offers an established portfolio of approximately 110 households and £45m AUM , allowing you to focus on delivering excellent financial planning advice and developing long-term client relationships.

3.5x validation target

70% recurring income from inherited clients during validation, reducing to 25% post-validation

45% on all new business written

Remote working with occasional travel to Truro and client meetings

The Role

Manage and develop an established portfolio of clients.

Deliver holistic advice across pensions, investments, retirement and protection planning.

Conduct regular client reviews and identify opportunities for additional business.

Generate growth through referrals and professional introducer relationships.

Maintain excellent client outcomes and regulatory standards.

About You

Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (minimum).

CAS status and current SPS holder.

Proven experience as a Financial Planner.

Strong relationship management and business development skills.

Chartered status preferred, although Diploma-qualified advisers working towards Chartered will be considered.
