About The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Mobile Engineer to support the Siemens portfolio across London, Slough, and the wider South region. The successful candidate will be electrically biased ideally, with the ability to undertake a range of general building maintenance tasks and minor repairs across multiple sites. Working within professional corporate environments, the engineer will be responsible for delivering a safe, compliant, and high-quality maintenance service while building positive relationships with clients and site stakeholders.

Days of Working: Monday to Friday with additional on call cover, covering weekends and evenings on a rota with optional overtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across the Siemens estate.
  • Diagnose faults and complete repairs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Undertake basic mechanical and fabric maintenance works where required.
  • Support statutory compliance activities and assist with contractor supervision.
  • Complete maintenance records, reports, and documentation accurately.
  • Respond to reactive call-outs and emergency situations.
  • Act as a professional and customer-focused representative of OCS when engaging with site teams and client stakeholders.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry best practice.

Essential Hiring Criteria:

  • Applicant must have the right to work in the UK
  • Electrical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in building maintenance within commercial environments.
  • Ability to undertake a broad range of basic maintenance tasks beyond electrical works.
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
