To support the Sales and Customer Relationship teams including daily administration and support tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Creation of sales agreements/Quotes/Proposals
Manage agreement signature and distribution
Manage departmental purchase order requests
Manage license renewals for alliance partners including generating license keys.
Perform general duties for all aspects of the sales function
Perform ad-hoc reporting on request
Create Service Reports for key Customers
Book meetings rooms
Day to day use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Panda Docs and AdobeSign
Maintain data in Salesforce
Manage customer reference rewards
Skills:
Use of a CRM System, e.g., Salesforce
Knowledge of Sales Processes and administrative support
Use of MS Office
Attention to detail
Time management
