A fantastic opportunity for an experienced retail manager to join this dynamic grocer that is unquestionably leading the market.
As a Store Manager within this phenomenal business, you will manage a team, engaging and motivating them to deliver the highest standard
The Store Manager will provide excellent customer service while ensuring the best results in sales, productivity, cost control and adherence to all areas of compliance
They will make short and long term business decisions and manage company property
The Store Manager will work closely with the Area Manager in ensuring plans are in place for consistent forward development of the team and the store
Ideal Candidate
Experience as a Store Manager or Retail Manager within a fast-paced retailer
Excellent leadership skills and a clear passion for success
A strong track record of delivering positive results
An inspirational leader who can motivate a team to drive for success
A highly organized individual with strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively, and to think on their feet
