Day to Day of the role: Design and deliver marketing campaigns in consultation with Programme Directors, Coordinators, and the Marketing, Sales & Partnerships teams.
Utilise data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and customer engagement.
Manage digital and social media channels, including Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook, to reach new and existing clients.
Update SEO-optimised websites with compelling content, thought leadership insights, and case studies.
Execute email marketing campaigns, segmented by audience, and direct mail campaigns.
Collaborate with PR & Media Consultant for public relations and media activities.
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and manage external agencies for timely and budgeted campaign delivery.
Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
Promote the positive impact of our training on participants, schools, and young people using data provided by subject matter experts.
Required Skills & Qualifications: At least 3 years of marketing experience with a proven track record of developing and executing campaigns.
Exceptional written communication and copywriting skills, with a keen eye for proofreading.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and website Content Management Systems.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, InDesign is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise effectively.
Capable of maintaining accuracy and attention to detail within tight deadlines.
