We focus on high quality, reliable and cost effective products supported by a robust, secure and ethical supply chain.About the Job:Greenjets is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the development and delivery of complex aerospace and unmanned systems across one or more specialist domains, including electrical systems and powertrain systems.The roles require strong technical judgement, structured thinking and the ability to engage effectively with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders in a rapidly evolving development environment.What You'll Do:Support the development and management of system requirements, architectures, and interfaces across electrical, avionics, and powertrain systemsCapture, analyze, and manage requirements throughout the product development lifecycleWork with customers and stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical solutionsCollaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to support system integration and resolve technical issuesParticipate in design reviews, risk assessments, issue management, and project readiness activitiesSupport verification and validation activities, including test planning, integration, and flight testingContribute to safety and airworthiness activities, including hazard identification and system safety assessmentsApply systems engineering processes and industry best practices to ensure successful product deliverySupport supplier engagement, technical reviews, and customer-facing engineering activities as requiredDesirable Qualifications, Experience & Attributes:Experience in a Systems Engineering role within aerospace, defence, automotive, motorsport, unmanned systems, or another high-technology industryUnderstanding of systems engineering principles, including requirements management, system integration, verification and validation, and lifecycle developmentExperience with aircraft electrical systems, avionics, battery and energy storage systems, electric propulsion systems, power electronics, flight control systems, mission systems, or integrated vehicle systemsKnowledge of aerospace safety and development standards such as ARP4754A, ARP4761, or MIL-STD-882 is desirableFamiliarity with systems engineering and requirements management tools such as DOORS, Jama, Polarion, Cameo, Enterprise Architect, or similar platforms is advantageousStrong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and adapt to evolving requirements and development environmentsFluency in English is mandatory. German and other language capability is beneficial, particularly for collaboration across international teams and partners.Location and EmploymentThe roles based in Munich, with regular collaboration across UK engineering teams.The positions offered as permanent role. Compensation will be aligned with experience and scope of responsibility.
