Job Description

Capital One is seeking a Data Scientist - Model Developer / Statistician to join its Nottingham team. The role focuses on developing and maintaining models used in underwriting, with emphasis on statistics, feature extraction and model risk management.

Hybrid work arrangement: 3 in-office days (Tue–Thu) and 2 remote days. The successful candidate will work with Open Banking or Credit Bureau data, write robust Python code, and translate complex findings for business stakeholders.
