• ✅ Design and develop high‑performance trading solutions for front‑office teams.
• ✅ Build data‑driven and event‑driven applications that power real‑time decision‑making.
• ✅ Driving platform enhancements, implementing new features, and optimising performance.
• ✅ Working closely with front‑office users to create solutions that solve complex problems and improve system performance.
• ✅ Leading a small team, mentoring engineers, and shaping the growth of a high‑impact division.
